I very very rarely consume fast food but for whatever reason, I ordered 2 McDoubles for lunch yesterday and all last night and most of this morning I was vomiting, had diarrhea and was sweating profusely, which in turn made me extremely cold. I had to take the day off from work today because I couldn't stop running to the bathroom. After everything was ejected from my stomach, I started throwing up bile, which is absolutely disgusting. All I ate yesterday was the 2 McDoubles, so it couldn't have been something else. Never again, lesson learned. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
