McDonalds
My flight was delayed and the McDonald's was super busy and I ordered 20 piece McNuggets and are a dozen of them. Threw up for he next 3 days with diarrheal for days... McDonald's was all I ate prior | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
