McDonalds Food Poisoning

Have eaten from this location many times before, but this time it got my 1 year old daughter, my 9 month pregnant wife (which required a trip to the Dr followed by the hospital) and then me. They ate doughnuts while I was at work and then I ate one that day and felt off, well when they got sick that night I ate some more to confirm source. Well source confirmed. 2/14/19 - 2/18/19

Ate a bowl of Trader Joe’s herb salad mix as well as a small amount of the leaves on my veggie burger. Within 8 hours I became violently ill with 7 vomiting episodes, simultaneous diarrhea and abdominal/lower back pain until I finally went to urgent care for help because I was so dehydrated.

I asked for ribs my order was wrong so they brought the ribs right now one hour after I didn’t feel well I put it in a container to take home was very very sick before I went to the hospital and brought the ribs with me they we’re raw Some misunderstanding all they did was with sauce on the grill and flip them thinking they were too cool

They couldn’t chipotle February 13, 2019 picked up my lunch have a lunch about 430 and 5 o’clock and I got violently sick after eating the chicken bowl . I’ve been went to the hospital and spent four days in the hospital . The hospital is South Seminole Hospital I’m sorry the current name is Orlando health and that’s located in along with Florida. This actually cost me to have high blood hypertension and I want something done about it !

Poisoned at PF Changs - I ate the Street Noodles, with shrimp. I experienced extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I passed out in a public restroom and was taken to the hospital. The first symptoms occurred within 45 minutes of the meal. I have never experienced something like this other than once in a 3rd world country. But even this was worse. I contacted PF Changs to ask for them to cover the cost of the meal and the hospital costs. They denied any assistance.

I went to the restaurant with my family - ate a variety of foods. Mainly pork and seafood products. 3 of 4 family members got fever, diarrhea, vommitting and fever.

I never eat kfc because about a year ago I had awful food poisoning from a local kfc branch in Cornwall, yesterday we were driving back from holiday and decided to pull into Exeter to get some food. We chosen kfc and today the following day me and my wife are fighting over the toilet and being sick with major stomach cramps. Fuking discussting p

For my granddaughters 9th birthday we ate here the cheese pizza and pepperoni sausage mushroom and onion pizza. All 3 of my granddaughters and 3 adults got violently ill

It seems as though my wife and I have gotten food poisoning from the chicken breast (Wholesome Pantry).
