Had not eatin that day. Purchased food from the restaurant about 6 pm. My stomach became bloated within 2 hours, and was feeling some discomfort. Within an additional hour I was vomiting and had extreme diarrhea. The food I vomited was this meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
