I ate two mcdoubles and after about an hour had stomach cramps and felt nauseated. The after about 4-5 hours had past, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I had chills and fever. That was the only thing I had eaten all day. After about 12 hours had passed, I felt better but still was weak and nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Cramps
