Mcdouble Triggers Severe Symptoms - McDonalds,

Ate a Mcdouble, and within 2 hours felt flushed, dizzy, and nauseous. Within 5 hours I was projectile vomiting and had a fever. It's now going on day 3 and I have the runs. Basically peeing out of my bunghole. This sucks | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
