We purchased ONE McRib sandwich on 12/11/2020 around 3PM, drive through. My husband and I split it. We nibbled at it for the next couple of hours. Around 4AM we both had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea for 3 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
