Frozen Burrito Illness - Meijer, Seven Hills Ohio

Burrito was purchased a few weeks ago and been in the freezer since purchase. It had been thawing in my work fridge and then cooked properly. After my work shift which was 3 hours after consuming burrito. Had stomach cramps and nausea. Two hours later diarrhea took over followed by stomach pain and coughing with nausea to then throwing up chunks of the burrito as if it wasn’t digested. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Cough
