the chicken fajita con queso enchilada from here i really started feeling sick almost immediately after eating my meal at around 9pm and then i had diarrhea and then i went to bed at around 10pm and i woke up at 1:30am and had to go to the bathroom because i thought there was going to be more diarrhea but i ended up vomiting and now my stomach keeps making a lot of weird noises and i keep feeling like i need to diarrhea but i end up not having to. my symptoms started 3 hours ago | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
