My wife and I had no food that day as we were traveling to this city. Within less than 8 hours we had diarrhea, vomiting, 103 fever, chills, body aches, etc after consuming their food. I know how this goes as I was a communicable disease epidemiologist for a major city and my wife a cellular and molecular biologist.
