I followed the box directions for the sliders and ate them around 11pm last night. At 6am I woke up with horrible cramps then rushed to the bathroom and had diarrhea quickly followed by vomiting. I was able to rest a little then at 9:30am, I had another vomiting spell. Since then, I have gone to the bathroom with diarrhea at least everyone 20 minutes, sometimes less. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
