Out of 9 people, we tried to survive almost the entire vacation one after another in October 2025 with severe stomach cramps and vomiting. You can find numerous similar illnesses for over a year, and the hotel dismisses all affected guests with the note that food standards have been considered.The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully located, but the hotel apparently doesn't understand that there is a serious problem with the food and/or hygiene. They let pregnant women, elderly people, children and all other vacationers arrive without getting the problem under control – this borders on knowingly accepted bodily harm.
We will definitely sue against this.
When a hotel has so many bad reviews regarding hygiene regulations, food and health concerns, I wonder why travel providers still work with this group at all. How can it be that we have to find out at the hotel that a considerable number of guests have the same symptoms. You hear in neighboring rooms how people are constantly vomiting. How can it be that such a place is not shut down? The plates are not properly cleaned, menus are not washed, they are already so dirty that you almost stick to them. In the themed restaurants you just have to look behind the kitchen line and you see what it looks like under the inventory. The hotel is in a catastrophic hygienic condition when it comes to food. We lost a total of 2.5 days of vacation out of seven because we couldn't leave the room anymore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
