Thursday February 12th Salad from Mixt in Berkeley I ate a salad at Mixt on Thursday evening, and proceeded to experience a headache and nausea two hours later. I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms after an additional two hours. I had to go to the emergency room as a result. I don't think I have ever felt so sick in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
