I had a Hawaiian pizza with the balsamic fig glaze this past Sunday (June 24th). This is the only place I went out to eat within the past week. When I was getting ready for bed that night, I felt nauseous and lightheaded but tried to ignore it. The next morning I woke up to much worse nausea and ended up throwing up shortly after. I also had diarrhea a few hours later. I had no appetite throughout this entire time, and was running a fever of about 102 F. That entire next day (Monday June 25th) I felt very nauseous, had a fever, no appetite, and a very bad headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Lightheaded, Loss of Appetite
