Toddler Ill: Grilled Mushrooms - Moe's Southwest grill, Smyrna Georgia

On Friday evening (6/18), my family ate at this location. 2 hours later my 24 month old started vomiting aggressively every 1-2 hours. The only ingredient she ate that my husband and I didn’t was the grilled mushrooms. She loves them and ate a whole side cup full. Poor thing finally stopped barfing at 4am. The fact that my husband and I didn’t also get sick (after being covered in her barf) makes me think this was food positing and not a virus. | Symptoms: Vomiting
