Ordered a joey chicken for lunch. An hour later had diarrhea & felt like I needed to throw up. Starting throwing up about 2 hours later and continued the rest of the evening. Had chills & soreness all night and finally stopped throwing up around 4am. Feeling better this morning & trying to get rid of this last bit of what's in my system. Still very fatigued. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue, Soreness
