I have not received explosive diarrhea once.. but twice. I thought the first time it was just my stomach not agreeing with someone but I noticed a pattern thay it happened with the same food from here. Had it for dinner around 6pm and woke up at 1am almost pooping the bed. I barely made it to the toilet. I was sweating profusely for hours trying to hold on for dear life in the bathroom. This happened twice | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sweating
