ER Visit After Lunch - Moe's Southwest grill, Columbus Ohio

Ate at Moe's on 6/6/16 for lunch getting what I always get. Have eaten there probably over 50 times before. Halfway through the meal, started to experience stomach pain. Vomiting, profuse sweating and about an hour later, hives ensued. Had to be taken to the ER for fear of my throat swelling shut. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Swelling
