Daughter the same every time she drinks this at her dads. He insists its not the problem and she has diarrhoea the following day every time

Had the Lychee drink and same thing happened to me… Australia Dec 2024. Cramps almost 3 hours after, spewing and diarrhoea for 4 hours. Intense cramps like labour contractions as well.
