My husband and I ate at Mongolian BBQ on Friday, September 28. My husband experienced nausea and vomiting later that evening. On Saturday, September 29, we both were extremely fatigued and had headaches, and selpt most of the day. I developed vomiting and diarrhea on Sunday September 30. I had a fever on Sunday as well. My husband and I remain slightly nauseated as of today, Wednesday, October 3. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
