Additional information: Woke up to severe cramps, I originally thought it was my period but idk anymore I don’t think it is. I could barely breathe when the cramping would pass through. Also it felt like it was also pushing stomach acid up cause I would feel a slight throw up feeling and no poop or diarrhea at all which is weird cause I thought I had to go based on the pain but nothing | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
