Mr. Chow Food Poisoning: Permanent Damage, No Apology - My whole party got horrific food poisoning at Mr. Chow in April 2021. We threw up violently with simultaneous diarrhea for over a week. I got so sick that I permanently lost all of my lactase enzyme (confirmed by endoscopy) and as a result I am now allergic to dairy for the rest of my life. We hadn't eaten before the dinner so we are 100% certain the food poisoning came from Mr. Chow. We called the day after dining to notify the restaurant and they brushed us off in a way that was very frustrating. I am writing this review now because I am still affected by what Mr. Chow did years later. This damage is permanent - I have to think about how Mr. Chow hurt me every single time I eat. My travel and social options are limited in a way they never were before. I can't eat most of my favorite foods anymore. This was a huge blunder and Mr. Chow has not made any reparations.
