Additional information: That mr hero is usually good but this is the second time ive got food poisoning from this location. Got the hot buttered cheesesteak with extra mushrooms a large drink and large fries with cheese dipping sauce ate it for lunch at 2:00 and by 4:30 had nausea and body chills and some diarrhea by 7:40 pm had thrown up and in alot of pain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
