Since 23 October Food served on board. We went on a cruise on the Nile for a week with the MS Beau Soleil boat on full board. There were 31 of us in our group and all got sick. Diarrhoea, fever, vomiting, cramps. Some of the other passengers were also ill. This is an MS Beau Soleil cruise ship that offers a cruise on the Nile departing from Luxor. Our whole group was very sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
