Any score below 70 is considered failing, and Murph's received a 69 because there were live cockroaches were found near a water heater while the place was being inspected.
A manager at Murph's, Chuck Douglas, said that the roaches were found in an area where it's shared by other nearby restaurants. Douglas would go on to tell the Atlanta Journal Constitution that he had a pest control worker come out while the inspector was still there.
