This afternoon Chicken Kchik fast food at Nairobi Cinema is a food poisoning factory with no accountability. I order 1 fries and half a chicken. The fries were OK. The chicken was not. They made sure to over cook the chicken but he chicken had a funky smell, foul taste..rottng meat. Complained but we were dismissed and asked what what's the worst we can do?! I asked if the staff have a health cert, the answer was no and that they were only there to cover absent employees. No replacement chicken was given neither a refund on the money. We were told to stop complaining while other customers were eating.
