Naked strawberry banana smoothie from a local convenience store.,Purchased a naked smoothie and drank it at about 6pm before my workout at 7pm. The expiration date was 10/23/23, so it wasn’t expired.
During my workout I began to feel some fatigue and nausea. The fatigue was enough that I was not able to complete my entire workout. After my workout, I had no appetite, which is very rare; I’m usually starving after I’m done working out.
The next morning I felt even more fatigued, had fever/chills symptoms (no temperature), nausea, and a foggy brain. Still barely have an appetite. Around noon I developed severe diarrhea. At this point it just keeps coming in waves. All of this just hours before I get on a plane to leave for vacation, which may not happen…
I’ll never touch another Naked smoothie again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
