Pink Chicken, Severe Illness - Nando's Blackpool, Blackpool England

1 month ago reported by user-vyjhw576 business

Nando's Blackpool, Church Street, Blackpool, UK

29-31 Church Street, Blackpool, FY1 1HJ England, United Kingdom

I went to Nando’s in Blackpool on Saturday 12th October with my partner and baby, I ordered the butterfly chicken with peri peri chips and mash, with pitta and humous. However when eating I noticed the food was not piping hot throughout and when looking at the chicken looked a little pink which I thought was the light as we was sat under a red light so did not think much of it. However after getting home approx 4 hours later I started to get really bad stomach cramps I went to the toilet and was vilent vomiting along with diarrhoea, I then experienced chills like my body was freezing and I had no energy whatsoever luckily enough my partner was there to take of our baby as I did not have the energy to pick her up, these symptoms are still ongoing not as much DV but lack of energy and feeling cold. I called my GP to whom confirmed I had food poisoning and this was the only meal I had eaten on Saturday. This as been a real struggle for me as I am type 2 diabetic and could not eat a thing on Sunday and Monday due to the food poisoning so having my blood sugars drop did not help either. I had reported this to nandos and waiting for someone to get in contact about this | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
