Nando's Nighttime Nausea

I ate there yesterday evening, 28th December 2021. Came home and went to bed early. Started with stomach cramps 9.30pm. Had to run to the toilet numerous times in the night with diarrhea and sickness. Body aches and sweats during the night. Had to take the day off work today, 29th December 2021.
