Pink Chicken Causes Illness - Nandos, Cork County Cork

My 13 year old daughter was in Nandos , Mahon point with her friends and was served a quarter chicken and halloumi sticks on 23 /04/25 at 15.23. She noticed the chicken was pink near the bone but as she was with her friends was too shy to complain and ate it anyway. She developed severe stomach cramps and headache 2 hours after eating with subsequent rapid diarrohea and vomiting which lasted 8 hours post the meal. She was unable to keep anything down. No one else in the house is ill and I believe this was food poisoning due to the chicken she had in Nandos. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
