ordered a peri-peri grilled chicken and paella, plus table water on 12/11/2022 at around 4:30-5pm. Ever since then I have experienced stomach upsets diarrhea and consistent bloody urine, initially it was a thought to be a potential kidney stone or bloodclot in the bladder, because of the intense pain. However a urine test done advised by my local GP suggested that it was a E. coli bacterial infection that was ingested by the food ordered here due to contamination in the food/water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
