New Dragon Buffet, East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA, USA Food Poisoning

My friend and I dined at Las Tablas on Friday, 2/15/19. An hour after eating empanadas, we both became violently ill - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever. The symptoms have lasted 3 days, and I am now headed to the hospital ER. The restaurant denied that anyone else complained about similar symptoms.

We got food to go last night around 8 pm. I had Italian herbs and cheese bread, turkey, pepperjack cheese. Sandwich was not toasted. I also had lettuce, red onion, salt and pepper and both mayonnaise and subway vinaigrette. My husband had the same bread, ham, pepperjack, not toasted, lettuce, salt and pepper and mayonnaise. He just has diarrhea. The only other food I ate yesterday was at the restaurant I work at and all of my employees are fine.

My family and I became VIOLENTLY I'll about 8 hours after eating. The only thing we all had in common to eat was bacon on our sandwiches.

Monday February 11th I ate a chicken Quasdilla for lunch from the above mentioned Booster Juice and within and hour my health quickly began to deteriorate.

My first meal was eggs that I cooked and shared with my family. My wife and son left the house where they eventually had lunch on there own. My son and I both got a beef sandwich on Feb 17th and we are now both violently ill today.

I bought 2 sandwiches and7 french fries for my two boys in the evening on Feb 16,2019 . My oldest one ate all of sandwich, but my youngest did not like it. Yesterday for lunch my mom, my husband and I got Publix’s deli subs. My husband took a whole chicken tenders sandwich and my mom and I shared a Boar’s head ham and Swiss sandwich! My mom was flying back to France in the afternoon so after dropping her at the airport I went home. Had a quick dinner 5:00 Thursday February 14th. My order was lo mein with orange chicken, Beijing beef and cream cheese Rangoon’s split with my mom. She ordered an orange chicken and rice bowl. I also brought home a take out order for my father of fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I started feeling strange at 11 pm. I went to torchy’s last Sunday around 8:30, me and my friend ate, and I got a fajita chicken taco and 2 trailer parks trashy. I was the normal torchy’s run. Me and my friend left around 9:35 and around 11:50 I started throwing up uncontrollably. It was the worst sickness I’ve had in a extremely long time. I should have known better than to purchase the chicken because it was halfway empty and he went in a back and brought a bowl of chicken that’s was supposed to been fresh! I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I ate 4 pieces of chicken & not even 1 hour later I’m at work constantly running to the bathroom .
