Kimchi Noodle Illness Symptoms - Walmart, Cody Wyoming

Ate nongshim kimchi instant noodles, 1/2 around 1pm. Felt ok. 2 hours later ate other half. Felt nauseous about 30 min later. Tried laying down and falling asleep. Had a headache and upset stomach.
Woke up in middle of night with extreme diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.
14 hours later, still headache and slightly nauseous. Have not been able to eat much today. Hoping sleep tonight kicks it.
