Ordered pad Thai with grilled chicken for lunch. Usually don’t eat breakfast so this was the first and only meal I ate on that day. Within 3 hours of the meal, I had stomach pains start to appear, and within a few hours of that excessive vomiting. After vomiting, I experienced a fever and severe abdominal pain for the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
