Caithness General Hospital announced that its Bignold Ward has been closed to new admissions due to a norovirus outbreak. Visiting to the ward has also been restricted to essential only. Several patients reported symptoms of diarrhea and/or vomiting.

In case you experience vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea, report it now. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.
