Had nuggets from a school lunch, after finishing I began to have stomach pain. I took tums but it didn't help. I had to constantly use the restroom, and it was until around 3 hours after I ate the nuggets that I vomited. I vomited twice, though the pain didn't go away, so I had to go to the hospital. At the hospital I drank some water, and a couple minutes after began to vomit constantly without stopping until I had absolutely nothing left in my stomach. I don't know what they put in those nuggets but I'll never eat one again,,,Update: Im doing okay now, but i don't quite remember what school it was. I do have a very weak stomach so I think that it wasn't entirely the foods fault, but that I have a weak stomach. My mom had already reported this incident to the school though so I'm hoping they take action and serving food with more caution and be more clean | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
