Started 4 hours ago. I had 2 teaspoons of Nutella about 24 hours before the vomiting started. The Nutella was about 2 years old I think. Looked a bit grainy but I thought that was just sugar crystals and it tasted ok. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
