Nutella Suspected in Illness - Safeway, Dunkirk Maryland

My 8 year old loves Nutella and I stopped buying it for a while because I felt like she ate to much of it. So after not buying for about 6 months. I broke down and purchased some. Bad idea!! Now up until this point my child has Been healthy… insert Nutella and 3- days my child has woken up in the middle of the night with stomach pain diarrhea and vomiting. I finally, started a process of elimination and yep!!! The culprit is Nutella!!! She went 1- day without eating it and symptoms gone! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
