Additional information: I had a Chinese buffet dinner consisting of sushi, veggie lo mein, coconut shrimp, banana pudding, and Chinese donuts. About 5 hours after I ate, I began vomiting and acquired full-body cramps. I grew dehydrated and it took me several days to recover.
