Gas Station Pizza Illness - Octane Gas, Ellabell Georgia

Friday October 4th 2024. After buying a hunk of pizza and not thinking nothing of it being a little stale at about 11am. Long story short it was my only meal of the day and by 3pm I'm having major pains in stomach. I thought maybe just gas built up. Now it's almost 10pm I've been on the toilet all night and pain in stomach is severe and I have chills and I'm throwing up.
