Ate carne asada nacho plate and taquitos. The water tasted odd too- like something was mixed in it. Within hours got severe stomach pains. Up all night and severe nausea with intestinal spasming. I was throwing up for 6 hours next afternoon. Had to go to urgent care two days in a tow to be treated for severe intestinal cramping, nausea, and dehydration. Three days and I am still sick and unable to eat or get out of bed. My gf also has been sick who was with me. Doctor at urgent care said I ingested a bacteria and got food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
