Started feeling nauseous about 6 hours after eating lunch at Olive Garden then eating dinner. Lied down in bed and was unable to move due to nausea and stomach bloating. Vomited four times and have been having diarrhea ever since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Diarrhea
