Severe GI Symptoms Post-Meal - Olive Garden,

Ate lunch there on Tuesday May 6th. The night of the 7th I became ill with severe diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. The majority of symptoms have passed after 3 days, but I am still a little queasy, do not have an appetite, and very weak and sore from being in bed for a couple days.
