In may I got the northern tour of Italy. 6 or seven hours later started 3 days of explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I literally could not even keep water down. The first 12 hours every hour or so my body purged itself of everything in my digestive system. It calmed down after that and I could drink gatoraide and water so I didn't have to go to the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
