On Saturday, July 25th got a ToGo Chicken Parmesan meal at 12:30 PM. At 6 PM began vomiting. Nausea and vomiting have continued for two days and has not improved. I have not eaten any food since eating the chicken parmesan meal. I am still having problems, the doctor said it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
