Shrimp Lobster Mac Illness - Olive Garden, Vallejo California

I ate at Olive Garden in Vallejo, CA on Friday, December 28, 2018 at approximately 2030 hours, I had the lobster shrimp Mac n cheese back. A couple of hours later I started having painful gas which turned to diarrhea and nausea followed by vomiting then fever. The fevers are gone but the painful gas and nausea are lingering.
