Rubbery Chicken, Severe Illness - Olive Garden, Joplin Missouri

I started eating my Tour of Italy at 3:30pm on 3-3-19. I noticed my chicken Parmesan was very rubbery, slimy looking and it tasted weird I didn’t finish it all but Towards the end of my meal about 3:50pm I had Zuppa Toscana and finished my meal at 3:55pm and about 4:30pm I noticed my stomach was feeling upset but I didn’t know it was from the food until about 5:30PM-6:00pm I felt like I was going to throw up and about 7:10 I had diarrhea, five minutes later more diarrhea. And then at 7:22pm I was vomiting a lot. I went back-and-forth with watery diarrhea and vomiting for three hours. I had bad stomach cramps, headache, chills, extremely weak, I’ve never been so sick in my life. The next day (3-3-19) I woke up at 11:08am my body was hurting so bad especially my lower back area and still had a headache. And later on that day I was still sick at 4:45pm and 9:40pm I had watery diarrhea ugh. :-( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Chills
