6/20/24- my husband and I both had chicken parm, but I had salad and broccoli and he did not. I was vomiting with in 2 hours and this is my 3rd day with after effects. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
