Severe GI Distress Post-Meal - Olive Garden, Cape Coral Florida

My mom, dad, and I ate at Olive Garden Sunday afternoon, 11/10/24. I woke up this morning November 12th thinking I looked really pale. Then I felt nasuea coming on strong. I ran to the bathroom and began projecting vomit with a sudden urge to go poop. I began taking turns of which came out. So I left work immediately and started driving home. My stomach began having sharp pain. I was sweating and began vomitting on myself. In dire need to get home I kept driving while I was vomitting I began pooping on myself as well any time I involuntarily vomited. The pain persisted for the next 4 hours, I took a nap, woke up to a sharp pain again to some more diarrhea. After 4 1/2 hours of this. The pain and symptoms seem to have stopped. I called my parents to see if they were okay, and both complained of vomitting, diarrhea, and discomfort over the last 2 days of this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
