My BF and I both had water, breadsticks, salad, zuppa toscana, and chicken & gnocci. We felt nauseated immediately but assumed we ate too much. It has been 42 hours and the painful rumbling/gurgling, stomach cramps, and burning diarrhea have not stopped. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
